Chef's Dinner Menu

Roasted Lean Tenderloin Pork
marinated in Lemon Herb
topped with a
Mango-Red Onion-Tomato Vinigrette
Creamy, Buttery Homemade Mashed Potatoes
Spanish Rice 




Homemade Focaccia Roman Bread




Bread Pudding
topped with 
Double Vanilla Ice Cream
and a
drizzling
of
Sweetened Condensed Milk




Head Chef: Rudy, or Dad - depends on the relationship one has with the cook.....

**The Chef would like it noted that he is aware of the two starches on the dinner plate, and it was explained to him in culinary school not to serve two foods - like the potatoes and rice - together. BUT... where he comes from, Honduras, he adapted to the fact that double starches are no problem.
